In order to give you an accurate quote we will need the following:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Date and time of event
- Ages and number of guests
- Theme or colors preferred
- Type of service desired

We require all non commercial customers to pay up to a 25% deposit before a party is considered booked. We will invoice you via Freshbooks but can also accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.
Deposits are non refundable unless cancellation is due to inclement weather. In that case, you will have the choice of rescheduling or receiving a refund.
We are unable to provide services if it is raining or below 32 degrees. This is for the safety of our ponies, their handlers, and their riders.
How much room do you need? Is my yard big enough?

Our petting zoo is about 10’x10’ for residential events and 20’x20’ for commercial events. We can set up the zoo on concrete or pavement but prefer a shaded and grassy area.
We will need approximately 2 car lengths of level ground to walk the ponies. Grass or dirt is fine.
We cannot give pony rides on pavement or concrete.
Dogs must be put away or on a leash at all times. Please keep dogs at least 10’ from petting zoo. Dogs scare the animals even when friendly.
We will need room to park our truck and trailer. It is approximately 32' in length. Please let us know in advance if parking space is limited.

Our large ponies have a max weight limit of 150 lbs. If you weigh more than that you will not be able to ride them. We don't want to hurt their backs or cause them to act up.
The petting zoo animals are too small to ride and feeding them potentially teaches them to bite.
